During the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020–21), KP Sanghvi remained steadfast in its commitment to supporting communities across India. Recognising the urgency of the crisis, the organisation undertook multiple initiatives aimed at providing immediate relief and strengthening essential support systems.
As part of its nationwide efforts, 5,000+ essential relief kits were distributed to families in need, ensuring access to critical daily supplies during prolonged lockdowns. To support overburdened healthcare infrastructure, KP Sanghvi extended assistance to the various government hospitals in rural parts of India, contributing vital medical equipment and resources to help enhance patient care.
Addressing the widespread issue of hunger during the pandemic, the organisation also facilitated the distribution of 500,000+ meals to individuals, families, and migrant workers across Gujarat, ensuring access to nutritious food during a period of severe uncertainty.
Further reinforcing its commitment to national relief efforts, KP Sanghvi contributed ₹1.08 ($750,000+) crore to the PM CARES Fund, supporting the government’s initiatives to combat the pandemic and aid those most affected.
These efforts reflect KP Sanghvi’s unwavering dedication to social responsibility, standing alongside communities when they needed support the most and reaffirming its mission to create meaningful, lasting impact in times of crisis.
