Rooted in a longstanding association with Pavapuri since 1998, KP Sanghvi organised a special offsite to Rajasthan, bringing together over 800 team members from across its offices. The journey culminated in a visit to Pavapuri, a place of deep cultural and spiritual significance.
The offsite began with a visit to Jirawala, where participants experienced the region’s heritage and traditions. This was followed by a visit to KP Sanghvi’s government college in Pavapuri, offering insight into the organisation’s ongoing efforts to expand access to education and contribute to regional development.
The journey concluded at Pavapuri, a 237-acre sanctuary that welcomes over 500,000 visitors annually. Participants visited revered temples and the gaushala, home to 6,000+ cattle, along with the on-site animal hospital—reflecting the values of compassion, care, and responsibility.
This immersive experience strengthened connections across teams while reinforcing KP Sanghvi’s commitment to people, community, and shared values—making it a meaningful chapter in the organisation’s journey.
