WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
The KP Sanghvi Group was the diamond industry’s first company to establish an all women led diamond polishing unit in Surat in 2010. This establishment not only helped the economic status of the women but also broke gender biases and stereotypes. Being a role model for women empowerment, the company holds a proud record of having 35% of its employees as women and a higher 55% in its Botswana setup, not just in the skilled job department but also in the leading management roles. Women who otherwise wouldn’t have seen the advent of progress, are today equipped with life skills and knowledge, giving them the power of true independence.

DIVERSITY
The KP Sanghvi Group has initiated and implemented many programmes across India as well as globally, to include the respective people as an integral part of the organization.
- The company established its first international diamond manufacturing unit in Botswana in 2022. The unit has more than 70% of its workforce as locals, thereby successfully extending vocational training and fostering local employment.
- The K.P. Sanghvi Group established Shree Pavapuri Tirth – Jeev Maitridham as a sanctuary rooted in compassion, care, and service. Through initiatives such as the gaushala and allied welfare facilities, the project today supports livelihoods for over 150+ individuals, with 60% women and 70% from the local tribal community, fostering inclusive growth and community well-being.
EDUCATION
3 EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES, EDUCATING 10,000+ STUDENTS
The KP Sanghvi Group is dedicated to giving quality education to underprivileged students and has adopted government and private institutions to uplift the quality and affordability of education.
Government Law College
Established the 20,000 sq.ft. Maa Ambe K.P. Sanghvi Government Law College in Rural Rajasthan, India, in 2023; the only law college within a 70 km radius which offers LLB and LLM programs.
Government College
Built the 26,000 sq.ft. Matushree Shantaba Hajarimalji K.P. Sanghvi Government College in Rural Rajasthan, India in 2020, offering BA, BCom, and BSc programs, with 60% of its students being women.
Government Public School
Built 2,000 sq.ft. Government Public School in Rural Rajasthan, India, in 2013 for Grades 1–5, which also provides the students with essential support such as food, clothing, books, and stationery.
RELIEF PROGRAMMES
OVER 30 LIFE-CHANGING DISASTER RELIEF INITIATIVES
Kutch Earthquake (2001)
After the devastating earthquake, the company donated $1 million to deliver essential kits and aid to the affected, demonstrating a long-term commitment to disaster relief.
Drought Relief (2010)
Their support extends beyond human victims, as they also assisted cow shelters during the severe drought in 2010.
Rajasthan Floods (2017)
The group provided assistance to flood victims in Rajasthan by distributing food packets and emergency kits.
Free health Camps
We regularly organise medical camps for underserved communities across India, providing free medicines, essential supplies, health check-ups, etc.
COVID 19
Donated ₹1.08 crore ($750,000+) to the PM CARES Fund.
Served 500,000+ meals and distributed 5,000+ essential kits to migrant workers and families in rural regions of India.
